RONALD CROSTHWAITE, AMFT
Hi, I’m Ronald
Do you ever feel like there are parts of your story that others don’t fully understand—or even parts of yourself that you struggle to understand?
I believe that our past experiences, relationships, and the ways we learned to cope can continue to influence how we feel, think, and relate to ourselves and others. In therapy, I take the time to understand your unique story and help you explore patterns that may be affecting your life today. Together, we can reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside, rejected, or neglected, helping you develop greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, and emotional well-being.
I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety and depression. I also specialize in grief and loss, low self-esteem, and the lasting impact of difficult childhood experiences.
I especially enjoy working with people who have often felt misunderstood, judged, or emotionally alone. My goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental, curious, and authentic space where you can feel heard and understood. I will meet you where you are and support you in exploring your experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
