Sirena Campagna, LMFT

Hi, I’m Sirena

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who approaches therapy through a trauma-informed and relational lens. My clinical work is grounded in Person-Centered, Attachment-based, and Psychodynamic theories, with additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). Over time, my work has increasingly focused on understanding how early relational and attachment experiences shape emotional patterns, self-concept, and relationships in adulthood.

I place strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a space where clients feel safe to be authentic, reflective, and curious about themselves. I believe that healing and change are most sustainable when clients reconnect with their values, strengths, and inner wisdom. My role is not to “fix,” but to support clients in developing a more compassionate and grounded relationship with themselves, which then allows for more intentional and fulfilling relationships with others. What continues to guide my work is an interest in how early relationships shape our inner world and how healing occurs through safe, attuned connection.

I have over ten years of experience as a mental health clinician, with a background primarily in non-profit, school-based, and outpatient settings. I spent several years working with families, teens, and young adults, including four years providing mental health services within a high school setting. In these roles, I supported clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity development, and relational stress, while also collaborating closely with families and systems of care. These experiences deeply informed my trauma-informed and attachment-focused approach.

Currently, my work centers on individual therapy with adults—primarily women in young adulthood through their late 30s—who are impacted by childhood trauma, attachment wounds, and generational patterns. I specialize in helping clients understand and shift long-standing emotional and relational cycles, reduce self-criticism and shame, and build healthier boundaries and self-trust. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and attentive to both emotional and relational processes.
